Welcome to Sixteen Candles Unique Cakes

Back when I was 16 years old, I asked my Grandma, a cake decorator, to teach me what she knew. I had a few lessons, and then she sent me on my way with her set of decorating tips and a few books. I still use them today with pride!

I didn't do much with cakes after that until I had my first child seven years ago. Two more kids have followed and I have once again picked up my decorating tips to make them each a different unique cake for their birthdays.

At the urging of family and friends, I have decided to try my hand at selling a few of those cakes.

Thus, Sixteen Candles was born.
